A colleague I work with is called Sreedevi.
Whenever I email her, the spell checker in Outlook suggests I rename her she-devil.
Being a very conservative woman, Sreedevi is not amused :(

New words erupt from my son’s mouth at an incredible rate now. But he’ll happily amend any word that challenges his view of the world into something that makes more sense to him.

Here are some examples that keep me smiling…

A couple I know decided to go for a meal on their wedding anniversary and after some deliberation decide on their local Chinese restaurant.
They perused the menu and finally agreed to share the chef’s special ‘Chicken Surprise ‘.
